About The Job

Direct reporting to Director

Overseeing and leading the whole accounting functions: month-end close, tax, bank reconciliations, cash planning and analysis.

Maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance and good internal control.

Timely preparation and submission of monthly financial accounts, management reports and financial analysis within deadline.

Attending the monthly meeting with Financial Controller (outsource agent) and management for operation progression and reporting purposes.

Prepare creditors and debtors aging report.

Prepare and review the Account Payable process

Developing an organized filing system.

Liaise and with external auditors, bankers and statutory boards.

Lead year-end audit and tax reporting requirements.

Review and monitor day to day activities related to credit and collections of payments.

Preparation of budgets, forecast, cash flow management and tax matters.

Undertake any ad-hoc assignments (analysis or report) when required for the management team.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma certificate in Accounting or equivalent education level.

At least 3-4 years of working experiences in the related field.

Knowledge in Autocount software will be an advantage.

Detailed oriented.

Able to multi-task.

Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
