SMG Global Audit Team GAT Supervisor
Job Description
Outstanding opportunity to gain broad insights into Intel Sales & Marketing by being part of the SMG Global Audit Team (GAT). Responsible in managing a team of Claim Specialists/Auditors in performing SMG marketing programs proof of performance audits to ensure Intel customers (eg. Dell, Acer, Asus, HP, Lenovo, Huawei, Samsung and etc) comply with the relevant Intel Marketing Program guidelines.- Ensure the quality of the audit team meets or exceeds global indicators, drive for efficiency improvements annually, and also responsible for helping customer to improve program complaint rate.- Great opportunity to partner with internal SMG stakeholders and Finance team across the geos & Corp team in the US and customers to understand their business needs and explore areas of process improvement via engagement in projects to enhance overall operational efficiency of marketing programs.- Independently and proactively analyzes issues and develops solutions to complex problems- Support Internal Audit on annual SOX and non-SOX audits

Excellent communication, strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, influencing and problem-solving skills, ability to coach and manage the team members to establish clear performance goals and expectations
