An opportunity has arisen within a leading Accountancy firm and their Great Yarmouth office for an experience Payroll professional to take the step up to Payroll Team Leader within the business. The successful candidate will have an impact on the success of the business immediately with the opportunity to grow and develop the team.

An established Accountancy firm with offices across East Anglia who have seen positive growth through the last few months. Working within the hard working Great Yarmouth office the Payroll Team Leader will be in a great working environment with the opportunity to impact real change.
Description
The Payroll Team Leader will be responsible:
- Overseeing a payroll department of 4, responsible for their growth and development
- Managing work inputs and outputs
- Providing support and payroll information to the partners
- Build close working relationships with clients to provide strong payroll advice
- Processing numerous payrolls in a timely and accurate manner
- Have experience of PAYE submissions to include CIS
- Communicate technical issues to clients, HMRC and staff
- Consistently improving working processes, systems and structures
Profile
The successful candidate for the Payroll Team Leader will be:
- Ideally hold experience within a bureau environment would be advantageous
- Previous management would be beneficial but not essential
- Competent user of Excel
- Confident in building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Confident in working with new software and processes
