Macildowie Finance are currently working on an exclusive basis with a great business based in South Leicestershire, to recruit an FP and A Analyst.
The role will be working for a hugely successful and well established multi-national business, who operate as the leader in their respective market. They have an excellent reputation for staff development and for their working environment and culture.
As the result of an internal promotion, the business are looking to recruit an FP and A Analyst on a full time permanent basis; the role will sit as part of the Group Finance function and report directly to the Group Financial Controller.
The responsibilities for the role will include:
Financial planning, analysis, modelling and reporting for the annual budget process.
Take a lead on the forecast process working with the Business Unit Heads of to provide advice and support.
Performance reporting including assisting in the preparation of monthly Divisional reports for presentation to the Executive team.
Divisional Performance analysis including key KPI's such as sales volumes, margin and pricing.
Support the delivery of Financial Statements.
Site visits to develop the processes and controls environment.
Ad hoc project work and reporting as and when required.
To be considered for this role you must be/have:
ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
Strong data manipulation and presentation skills including Pivots, Look Ups and Ifs as a minimum in Excel.
The ability to disseminate and provide commentary on large volumes of data, interpreting for Finance and Non-Finance stakeholders.
Experience within a large, multi-currency/multi-national business would be advantageous.
