Credit Controller - Leicester - Up to £24,000 + Benefits
Chase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a market leading company based in Leicester who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly finance team.
Credit Controller
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing and collecting customer debts in accordance with agreed terms
* Build relationships with customers to ensure terms are kept to and payments are made on time
* Weekly and monthly reporting to Senior Management
* Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
* Ensuring all statements and invoices are sent out correctly
* Ad hoc admin tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience:
* Solid experience in a high volume Credit Control role is essential
* Previous experience dealing with public sector customers would be beneficial
* Excellent communicator and ability to deal with customers in a confident and calm manner
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent IT skills including Excel, experience using Sage X3 would be advantageous
