Pay: £22,962.00 - £25,995.00



Start Date: 2 November 2020



We are looking for a Payroll & Finance Assistant to join our Head office team. The successful applicant will provide Payroll & Financial administrative support to our schools and head office. The position will be based in Folkestone at the Trust's Head Office working alongside the Payroll Manager and finance team.



You will be required to support the Trust's Payroll Team 2 days a week assisting with the administration of the monthly payroll for 600+ members of staff. This will include Local Government pension and Teachers' Pension administration.



Payroll will be run "in house" from 1st April 2021 and you will be required to undertake training with our new payroll software provider, dates will be available at interview. This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in shaping this project and ensuring the payroll transfer & development is a success.



The remaining 3 days will be working with our friendly and supportive Finance Team providing excellent finance support to our schools.
