Successful candidates are likely to have between 8-12+ years (senior VP/Director/Junior MD) experince from a leading investment bank, boutique or big 4 accountancy M&A practice. You will have focused pre-dominantly on Payments / Fintech / Technology sectors and have a demonstrable transaction history and started develpoing an origination capability. This role could be based in either London or Germany (Frankfurt or Munich).
