Associate Director , Nordic Region, European Infrastructure Fund

We are now working with a leading European infrastructure fund. They are looking for an Associate Director level professional to join their team to work on the execution of investments in the Nordic Region.

The role will focus on the following:

• Key part of the investment team working on investment, analysis and portfolio management of acquisitions

• Working on due diligence process

• Commercial and financial analysis of investment opportunities.

• Preparing investment recommendations

• Deal structuring, execution and negotiation

• Portfolio management of investments

They are interested in meeting people with a background as follows:

- Investment professionals from other infrastructure or energy funds

- Investment Bankers

- Probably 5 - 8 years experience

- Experience within the infrastructure space

- Swedish/ Finish/ Danish
