Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an established brand. This role is a very urgent need the client requires someone to start ASAP.

This role will report into the Finance Manager and you will be responsible for the whole end to end Accounts Payable Process, due to the pandemic there is a backlog within the process.

The Role:

  • Working with the current team to improve processes
  • understanding of the PO process
  • MUST have experience with SAGE 50
  • Writing Process maps and improving current processes
  • Must be able to communicate and explain processes well
  • Must be confident enough to speak to 3rd party suppliers or other parts of the business

The Person:

  • MUST be immediately available
  • MUST have experience with SAGE 50
  • MUST have good AP and PO experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team is vital.
