SAP S4HANA and SAP Security are rapidly growing areas in the Cyber domain.
Corporations are spending millions in their SAP transformations and as they embark on their S4H migration journey, we see an opportunity to help clients understand the security challenge and bake security in right from the start.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is constantly looking for new challenges, including to:


• Lead capability development, and contribute to building out the Cyber S4HANA service in the UK cyber practice


• Work with a diverse team of skilled professionals across Europe to leverage and synthesize SAP security work products


• Work directly with senior Deloitte stakeholders to define the direction of the proposition


• Use your interpersonal skills to build our relationships internally with senior Deloitte stakeholders and externally with clients


• Integrate and co-ordinate traditional and alternative delivery models


• Increase your portfolio in Cyber domain

Your role
As a SAP S4HANA / SAP Security Senior Manager, you will have responsibility for:

1.The overall design and approach to SAP security across all of our clients' SAP systems, including development, BAU, handover and support (full life cycle of project).
2.Supporting clients in developing their migration and transition plans

3.Supporting Cyber teams to define SAP Security in the context of areas such as IAM, Data Governance, Enterprise Recovery and other areas

4.Supporting project deliveries and managing Deloitte business stakeholders, client stakeholders, and project teams

5.Unblocking any blockers that arise for project deliveries. Proactively managing risks / issues and dependencies as they arise

6.Making recommendations to Client on an ad-hoc basis when we need to pivot to achieve a goal

7.Project administration e.g. writing client proposals, calculating financials, defining scope for future project phases

Your professional experience
Skills and experience we can't do without:


• You will have built a career on SAP ERP cyber security and would have participated in at least one large information transformation engagement within SAP Security

• A background in SAP ERP security architecture and implementation experience of SAP security from conception stage to completion

• Strong commercial and contractual management/awareness and business acumen, including a very good understanding of business processes and/or supporting SAP technologies

• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of developing strong relationships, either as a consultant or within an organisation

• Contribute to the delivery of high quality, complex projects including effective programme and project management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to people from a wide range of backgrounds and seniorities

• Excellent presentation skills and the ability present and communicate key messages based on the audience

• Able to solve complex problems objectively individually and as part of a team

• Proactive in identifying risks to the programme and initiating mitigating actions
Desired skills and experience:

• Experience and knowledge of other products (such as Ariba, Concur etc.) that can integrate with SAP

• Experience in SAP Cloud Platform

• Experience of managing security risks associated with cloud deployments

• Strong academics, including a minimum of 2.1 degree or equivalent experience
