Walters People are recruiting for a German Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis to join a global business with head offices in South Manchester.

Responsibilities

To post authorised invoices.
Ensuring that invoices are coded to the correct department
Allocating payments to invoices
Matching supplier statements
Requesting copy invoices from suppliers to get all accounts up to date
Providing accurate and balanced supplier reconciliations at month end
The ability to spot errors and discrepancies
Adhoc duties for the Finance Team as and when required.Skills

Previous experience within an AP function would be highly beneficial
Extensive three way matching experience
Fluent German is Essential
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
