Pro-Finance have been engaged by a well renowned and highly respected 4 Partner firm to find a Partner to join their growing team managing a successful team within general practice.

Due to their fantastic reputation for service delivery, they have attracted lots of new clients even during the difficult last few months and as a result of this continued growth a new Partner is required to help contribute to the success and help achieve their ambitious plans.

The successful candidate will be an ACA or ACCA qualified RI with proven technical skills and the ability to manage complex Audits and Accounts. As you will be a future Partner of the business, strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential. You will be a key figure in the growth and future of the firm.

As part of their on-going growth strategy, they are now keen to recruit a further partner to manage a client portfolio whilst also taking on responsibility for attracting further clients to the business. You will either be an existing Partner, a Sole Practitioner with your own fee following or potentially a Director to looking for a step up into a smaller practice.
