Finance Manager - Liskeard - £: Neg DOE

This looks like a really fun business to work for! Successful too. Established three decades ago, they now serve customers across the UK, Europe and beyond. Thirty countries and counting at the time of writing. They are a unique and very interesting services business specialising in import and distribution.

With turnover well into the tens of millions, and employing over fifty staff they're a business on the up. We placed a member of their finance team just over one year ago (still there and doing very well), and they've assigned us once again to source a Finance Manager.

The role works closely with the company directors (particularly the Operation Director), and you'll have one direct report within your team. We're looking for an outgoing, personable and of course, knowledgeable individual with the skills to take a lead role in a growing business of this size. An import/export or wholesale background would be fantastic though by no means essential. You'll need a flexible attitude to the work; one day producing board level management accounts, the next getting stuck into the day to day. Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAGE 50 systems would also be a distinct benefit.

This will be a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant ready to move into a number one role, or an existing Accounts / Finance Manager seeking a fresh and interesting challenge.
