Primary Job

Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing financial results during month end and quarter end
• Create and maintain a central repository system with several levels of data to demonstrate monthly and quarterly performance from a top-down view of the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups including regional and global stakeholders, produce KPIs relevant to Sales Organization
• Ability to quickly produce ad-hoc reports and analytics in an efficient and effective manner
• Develop business review plans and spreadsheet based financial models to support data-driven decision making
• Provide analytical support and consultation to global and regional teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, quantitative field or in statistics
• 5+ years of experience in creating business review plan and financial models
• Proven track record to work with huge data sets with hands on experience in using SQL and python
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to take complex business logic and translate it into functional systems logic
• Spreadsheet skills with proven experience managing large data sets, preparing various reports and dashboards for executives
• Experience with using at least one data mining tool, such as Business Objects, SAS, or Hyperion
• Experience with using at least one business intelligence tool, such as QlikView or Tableau
• Willingness to quickly learn and adopt other programming languages i.e R or python
• Willingness to consistently work extended hours during periods of high demand, e.g. quarter or year end (may include weekends)
• Coachable, motivated, detail-oriented team player who is focused and diligent on leading and delivering results
• Previous experience in subscription business is added advantage
