Job Responsibilities
- To lead, develop and assist the Management of the Group on all sorts of tax
matters.
- To manage and enhance the current process and suggest improvements to the
Management on tax planning and compliance matters.
- To keep abreast with the latest tax development and update the Management
regularly.
- To handle ad-hoc advisory assignments including:
a)Conduct research on tax issues and assist in tax planning for the
Group, provide briefing whereas necessary.
b)Liaise with the operating units, relevant authorities, tax consultants
and external parties on all the tax matters of the Group.
c)Review tax computation and tax return for the Group Statutory
reporting and ensure timely submissions to the authority.
d)Review the tax accuracy of tax estimation assumption and guide the
finance team on preparation.
