About A&A:

Our A&A Manufacturing site based in Frome, Somerset has a turnover of circa £46 million annually. Manufacturing brands for THG, as well as overseeing the outsourced manufacturing of brands including Elemis and Bulldog through THG Ingenuity, A&A specialises in beauty lotion manufacturing. This role is newly created to help support A&A's commercial drive, whilst also feeding directly into the wider THG finance team.

About the role:

You will be performing the following tasks:

• Business partner with key stakeholders on profit improvement strategies. Ability to control, challenge and review periodic progress accordingly.

• Establish key Working Capital Metrics on stock, debtors etc, challenging progress on this when required.

• Key Budgets & controls on Manufacturing and Opex cost centres.

• End to end management of 3 FTE based on site.

• Work alongside the commercial team at THG, helping to embed procurement strategies in the medium to Long Term to with aim to maximise margin.

• Continuous improvement mindset with previous experience in Manufacturing Finance/Standards.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).

• Previous experience in a manufacturing based environment - a beauty manufacturing business would be advantageous but not essential.

• Strong stakeholder management experience.

• Previous experience of managing key manufacturing metrics and performances.

• Prior managerial experience.
