  • Overview:

    Real Estate Product Management is responsible for all financial and operational aspects connected to the Real Estate Products managed by DWS in Europe Ex-Germany. The Product Management team work collaboratively with a broad selection of internal and external stakeholders including Portfolio Management and the appointed service providers.

    The role demands a well organised and outward going individual who is able to manage a variety of roles and tasks often with competing deadlines. Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and cross border transactions would be highly beneficial.

    Key

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and oversight of service providers including the production of quarterly Net Asset Values (NAV's)

    • Participating in the set-up of structures to support investment program including financing and capital

    • Maintaining and establishing relationships with Fund and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) directors and officers, banks, administrators, legal and tax advisers,

    • Supporting legal and regulatory compliance functions of the business,

    • Implementing and maintaining of operating standards, processes and procedures,

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
    • Experience in Real Estate industry and / or cross border structures
    • Experience within the Investment Fund industry and/ or financial industry
    • Understanding of fund's Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA), tax, legal and regulatory environment
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
