The Divisional Programs and
RegTech Delivery (DPRD) team is responsible for delivering changes to the
Information Technology (IT) platforms necessary to ensure compliance with
evolving regulatory requirements driven by CFTC, Dodd Frank, EMIR, MIFIDII,
Brexit, IBOR and other legislative initiatives. DPRD is organized into "Work
streams" that address specific aspects of functionality required by the
evolving regulations.

This specific role is for a
Project Manager (AVP level). It will focus on BCBS/IOSCO Initial Margin
delivery. This is a regulatory driven change program which since 2016 has
required global market participants to post margin against the credit risk of
OTC derivatives trading. Each year the scope of the regulation broadens and new
counterparties are required to exchange margin.

The IT project manager
collaborates with business and IT partners and is responsible for managing the
complete book of work to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, the
support and maintenance of the production IT system, and functionality to allow
the business leads to effectively manage this large capital demand. Given
regulatory nature of the deliverables, you must be comfortable operating in
high profile/visibility role in a challenging environment with evolving
requirements, tight deadlines, and high degree of scrutiny.

experience in Investment Banking/Brokerage managing IT programs/projects
of comparable size and complexity.Evidence
of front to back delivery of projects.Responsible
for overall IT planning and delivery to meet regulatory commitments for
the work stream.Develop
and manage overall WS IT delivery plan, major breakthroughs, financials
(budget/actuals, explain overage) and risks/issues and provide regular
status reports.Co-ordinate
with the business, as well as various IT groups to make sure analysis,
design and implementation of IT solutions to meet regulations.Monitor,
track and resolve WS IT level issues and risks; take corrective actions
where necessary.Other Skills:Excellent
Project/Programme Management skills.Outstanding
communications and interpersonal skills. Excellent People Leadership
skills.Results-oriented
and be able to communicate effectively to senior managers.Ability
to produce clear, concise reporting.Working
knowledge of OTC Derivatives instruments.The
ability to create agreement among differing partner views.
