We are working exclusively with our client based in Tunbridge Wells for a candidate who can work as an Assistant Accountant. The right candidate will have service charge experience, as this role is heavily service charge based and they would like someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.

Key Duties include:

- Reconciling annual budget for service charges

- Provide assistance in ensuring service charge information is incorporated into year end budgets

- Maintaining the service charge filing system

- Assist with setting up an appropriate invoice structure for contractors

- Scanning and filing service charge invoices

- Assisting with tender

- Administrate the sink fund accounts
