Finance Manager Up to £45k, Depending on Experience Full Time, Contract Position!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join an ambitious £8m turnover business in Portsmouth. This role is covering a period of maternity (9-12 months) with possible longer term opportunities.

The Role:

Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the FD
Review current accounting controls and processes, implement financial controls where appropriate
Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system
Produce management accounts in a timely fashion with associated commentary
Liaise with the external accountants, providing information for year-end submission
Review the P&L & balance sheet
Develop cashflow reporting
Reconciling multiple bank accounts
Review stock and inventory process and implement appropriate controls
Implement a reporting suite
Prepare VAT returns
The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or QBE
Proven experience implementing financial controls and processes
Previous experience implementing systems
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
Able to work of own initiative
This role will commence immediately - onboarding in October.
