MoviantoUK are recruiting for a Finance Analyst!!

The Finance Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in all aspects of the Open Book contracts within the UK business. Liaising with both external customers as well as developing good working relationships with the MoviantoUK operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Complete month end for Open Book NHS Contract.

• Post required journals to the system
• Reconcile costs to Open Book contracts and weekly "Quicks"
• Raise invoices in line with the contractual timetable
• Keep accruals and prepayments schedules where required

• Business Partner with all Operations teams to ensure a good understanding of the key cost drivers (Warehouse/Transport/Payroll/HR/Quality) and keep up to date with any current issues the operation is facing and consider how this would affect the finances.

Complete weekly "Quicks" for Open Book contracts.

• Calculate costs on a weekly basis.
• Report contractual KPIs.

• Attend monthly meetings with the customer to explain cost variances as required.
• Provide cover for Finance Manager as well as seek to understand the wider business and how we integrate.

Experience Required

Essential:

• Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previou finance experience
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work on his/her own initiative and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and to handle conflicting and tight deadlines

Desirable:

• Experience in the logistics/supply chain Sector
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders
• Experience of working with open book contracts
