General Ledger Analyst

6 Month General Ledger Analyst role earning between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

You will be working for a fantastic local organisation who specialise in clinical research. This company is a leading organisation within the Watford Area and offer brilliant opportunities for brilliant candidates.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring General Ledger transactions are captured and reported accurately and timely in the company's financial statements in accordance to US GAAP. Key responsibilities include updating and maintaining general ledger accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing journal entries to general ledger, responsible for submitting monthly reporting, analyse budget and assist with Month-end closing activities.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have general ledger accounting experience, 3-5 years relevant experience, have strong knowledge and experience of using SAP, you will be part qualified (ACCA or CIMA), will come from a financial shared services background and have strong knowledge of US GAAP.
