Executive Manager Treasury
- Assisting the Treasurer in minimization of the Bank's cost of funds and maximization of its return on investment.
- Maintaining optimum Cash ReserveRatio on daily basis and Government securities portfolio for Statutory Liquidity Ratio with SBP.
- Assisting the treasurer with ADR management of the Bank.
- Managing all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash.
- Managing inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections.
- Leading and developing cash and treasury management sales strategy to increase market penetration and maximize revenue. Work closely with sales team to provide banking solutions to clients and prospects.
- Assisting in defining and managing counter party limits based on institutional ratings and comply with the regulatory requirements.
- Timely submission of treasury reports to Group Treasury and internal stakeholders. Assisting in preparing any action items assigned by the Board and board proposals.
- Preparing of ALCO pack, conducting various analysis and circulating ALCO Minutes. Assisting the treasurer in performing analysis and any other assignments. Assist in preparing any action items assigned by ALCO.
- Ensuring use of the Treasury software and related technology to its utmost. Supporting in management information reporting and further providing suggestions for more efficient and effective processes within the Department.
- Assisting in Internal, External and SBP audit, resolving the observations highlighted to minimize the risk and producing various management and audit reports.
- Issuing Guarantees & assist in equity registration.
- Responsible for compliance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations impacting cash management services.
