Global CTS Recruitment is looking to recruit either a Finance/Accountancy graduate or a candidate with AAT Level 4 who has ADVANCED EXCEL skills - this is essential and will be tested at interview stage.

DO YOU HAVE SIX MONTHS EXPERIENCE WITHIN AN ACCOUNTS ROLE?

This is a friendly office with banter, As this is a smaller business, a flexible attitude is essential with an open minded approach to help colleagues in other areas of the business if required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist reviewing fraud accounts for approval
• Reconcile all online payments received
• Reconcile & approve all supplier invoices before input to Sage
• Maintain Purchase Order Process
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Check sales invoices for any missing, chase and input
• Create Supplier payments
• Email Supplier remittances
• Enter Bank receipts and payments into Sage
• Allocate supplier payment remittances to correct invoices paid
• Allocate customer payments to correct invoices
• Check and input staff expenses to Sage
• Raise invoices
• Processing and maintaining Direct Debits monthly
• Collect & chase payments for unpaid fuel
• Bank reconciliations
• Review Debtors & Creditor and month end reports

Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite - ADVANCED Excel essential
• AAT Level 4 + or Accountancy/Finance degree
• Attention to detail on numeracy
• Good and accurate writing
