Accountable Recruitment are representing a Public sector body based in the North of Liverpool, around the Formby area. They are looking for someone to join their small and busy finance team.

In the role you will be a part of the finance team and report directly to the Head of Finance. The role would require someone with 2 years+ accounts / accounts assistant experience.

Duties will include:

  • Processing of regular Public cheques/BACS payments/Direct Debits
  • Posting of all Sales Ledger invoices & receipts to the Nominal Ledger
  • Assist with year-end duties
  • Processing invoices
  • Weekly bank / statement reconciliation
  • Dealing with credit card payments
  • Processing refunds
  • Upkeep of organisations petty cash

This position is a permanent role paying £21,000 per annum, the role will ideally need someone who can drive due to location and has free parking on site.
