Based in Newport, this firm has developed a strong reputation across the region and further afield acting for very wide ranging clients across varying industries with clients are very varied to encompass the whole spectrum of industries across construction, farming, professional services, hospitality, manufacturing and other sectors Clients are very varied across sole traders, partnerships and a significant proportion of small/medium and large corporate clients, limited companies, SMEs and OMBs with a mix of sub audit and over audit threshold clients in your portfolio. You will lead and manage the delivery of audit, accounts, tax, general practice and advisory and planning services, with the support of staff in a mixed hand on and review, supervisory capacity. You will manage the delivery and build relationships with your clients, with prospects for progression as the firm is looking for individuals who have the potential to develop and progress within the firm and role.

As a result of ongoing, sustained growth and looking to plan for the future development of the firm, the partners are looking to bring in the right additional and highly experienced Manager to bolster their team.

Job Description
Joining as Manager / Senior Manager you will join at a key time in this firm's development with chance to carve a career within this successful firm. You will senior, lead and manage the delivery of audit, accounts, tax and wider services to clients across varied industries across. You will develop client relationships, taking on a portfolio and work on wider advisory/business services delivering wider project work. The Successful Applicant
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent with a career background and strength within audit/accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to Manager / Senior Manager levels and be looking to take your career to the next level, within a firm and role where you can see a genuine clear progression and development path on offer.
