ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
An established building services business is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis based in Worcester. This position would suit someone who has had previous accounts sector experience and it would be ideal if you're starting your AAT.
OVERVIEW
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the delivery of certain financial aspects of the service charge management product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Accounts Assistant your key duties will include:
* Establishing new business client account data
* Developing service charge models
* Preparing service charge budgets
* Producing annual accounts
* Liaising with estates management team
* Maintaining the database
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant, you must have:
* Experience working as an Accounts Assistant
* AAT level 2 or 3 (or studying towards)
* IT literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Professional approach to dealing with both internal and external clients
