Harper May is currently working with a state of the art music and events venue who are actively seeking a Finance Director to join their team based in Central London. The group has ambitious expansion plans including a brand new site coming soon to London. The role would be directly responsible for their largest site. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and must come from a Venues/Events/Premium brand background.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the finance function
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders to continue the success of the brand
• Liaising with the hotel General Manager to increase profitability
• Leading on appraisals and analysis surrounding performance and profitability
• Delivering top and bottom line financial results
• Oversight of companywide KPI's and performance
• Creating extensive rolling forecasting models
• Investigating new business opportunities and liaising with potential investors
• Oversight of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting function
• Implementing and maintaining first class systems and controls

Desired Skills and Experience

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
• Highly motivated and pro-active self starter
• Prior premium hospitality brand experience is essential
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Previous experience of managing and developing staff
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent Excel skills
