Responsibilities:

• Eliciting, challenging, and prioritising business requirements around Treasury issuance work stream for UNITY but also participate in wider context of overall Treasury UNITY program
• Aligning resources, seeking input from key constituents, and managing others to achieve desired results
• Provideing guidance on development of the functional requirements and user documentation
• Assisting in developing implementation/conversion strategy and implementation plan
• Gathering and analysing information and developing recommendations to address major business objectives that span multiple, global business and technology areas
• Gathering information and analusing large scale data across multiple systems and products
• Developing process and workflow maps as necessary, recommending enhancements needed to procedures and controls
• Working with business and technology teams to develop technology roadmap strategy when appropriate
• Adhering to methodologies adopted by the firm and ensuring a smooth transition of product knowledge to all relevant parties in business as usual including business partners for approval
• Supporting testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems and providing guidance to junior team members on complex testing tasks including case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experienced Business Analyst within Financial Markets & Treasury products and systems
• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial markets & Treasury products and systems
• Knowledge of Public Issuance and Private Placements
• Knowledge of Issuance hedges and associated hedge accounting
• Any experience in migration of issuance inventory due to either merger or new IT Infrastructure
• Strong analytical background and attention to detail, proficient in creating business documents, shaping design solution, and ability to develop and execute test plans
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project
• Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge at a variety of levels
