Finance Transformation vision is to be a "trusted finance partners for change excellence and fit for future capability building, supporting the delivery of a world-class finance organization"RTR Transformation is a critical part of the Finance Transformation programme that will focus on standardization, Blackline automation service management and delivery operating model; working with the GPO, GFS and Technology leadership teams. As the RTR Business Improvement and Transformation Lead, you will be accountable for overall programme leadership as this exciting portfolio moves forward into deployment.This is a senior director level role and will suit someone with extensive experience as a Programme Manager/Director in Finance Transformation. Defining and Designing the strategic deliverables and road-map along with leadership oversight for all aspects across project, change and benefits case is key component of the job.Experience of influencing senior stakeholders, thought leadership, design thinking, ability to problem solve and lead business change This role will suit a seasoned leader with dynamic communication with a background in Finance, particularly R2R.The role will report into the VP - Finance TransformationTypical AccountabilitiesLeader of the R2R Transformation and Business Improvement Strategy and Deployment of the Business Process & systems transformation working closely with the R2R Global Process OwnerAccountable for Program implementation of the R2R Roadmap and partnering with the R2R GPO and the Global Finance Services (middle & back office) in modernising the R2R landscapeReview & development fit gap analysis, KPI dashboards and people performance review mechanisms to identify blockers for standardisation of global processes and procedures including period-end close to deploy a new balance sheet reconciliations tool (Blackline)To shape and lead planning efforts for the R2R Global Transformation through to owning the business change and deployment. Take the lead in integrating plans, training manuals, standard operating procedures & training libraries consistently across regionsTo prioritize, sequence and review on-going delivery efforts to determine best value outcomes and benefits for AZ. Oversee benefits identification, realization and integrate with communications & change management approach.Oversees all aspects across project, change and benefits and protects strategic intent.Establishes and enables the right governance for the project and coordinates across stakeholdersDrives execution at pace, establishes information transparency and escalates issues and risksAccountable for end to end project cross functional process design and supervising the project functional and technical design teamTo support in the preparation of reports and presentations to be reviewed at Senior Management level including R2R SteerCo, facilitate the key Programme governance meetingsTo perform independent assurance reviews of major deliverables and project artefacts.Lead and coach the team in building and maintaining successful customer and colleague relationships.
