DescriptionGoodlord's lettings software and services improve the renting process for agents, landlords and tenants alike. We partner with some of the biggest and best names in the industry as part of our ongoing mission to create the best renting experience in the world. We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities include:Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountantsResponsibility for the production and development of company KPIsCreate monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecastsManage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reportsTrack the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvementProvide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision makingDevelop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reportsBusiness partner to internal teams ensuring departmental financial goals are metCollaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulationsEstablish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the companyMonitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactionsEnsure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reportedSuggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicingRequirementsWho we're looking forFully Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years experience in a similar roleIdeal candidate would have received their training at one of the Big 4Experience in a VC backed high growth StartupExperience working in the Lettings IndustryAudit Experience necessary to assist with our annual auditExperience in dealing with Client MoneyExperience in working at an FCA regulated businessExperience in building MVPs of new products and implementing required processesExperience in group account and consolidationsExperience in running company payroll for 150+ employeesPlease apply online and provide your CV and a covering letter.Posting date: Tuesday 22 September 2020Closing date: Tuesday 20 October 2020
