We are currently assisting one of our clients with their search for a credit control team leader. You will be managing a team of up to 5 people in a high-volume environment. You will be fully responsible for leading the team, setting targets, monitoring work- loads, 121's, team meetings and performance development reviews in order to maximise individual and team performance.

You will also be handling your own customer accounts as well as getting involved with providing various reporting, cashflow forecasting, contributing to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.

The role would suit an enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude who enjoys being part of the bigger picture. As a business they are keen for you and the team to become CICM accredited and they will provide financial study support to achieve this as well as continuous management training to provide you with all the tools to be successful. This is a 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday role and free parking is provided
