Our client based in Wallingford are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join them on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible. It will initially be for 4 weeks but this could be extended.

You will be working in a small team, processing invoices and coding them on the system, dealing with customer queries and general accounts admin duties.

The ideal candidate will be:

Organised
Experience of working in a busy finance team ideally with purchase ledger experience
Have high attention to detail
Positive and enthusiastic
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work
Strong MS office skills are essential
Previous experience of Access Dimensions would be beneficial
