Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a well-established, highly profitable and dynamic business with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner to strengthen the support the business and aid with the delivery of the overall business strategy. They have further ambitious growth plans which are intended to be rapid over the next few years as the business is led firmly by a strong and determined management team.
The Finance Business Partner will support the finance team to ensure the delivery of business objectives, through the provision and interpretation of key management information.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
*To be a key member of the finance team and supporting the Head of Commercial Finance
*Work closely with Project Managers providing and interpreting financial and operational KPI's to help inform operational decision-making
*Production of monthly regional reporting pack and commentary
*Responsible for the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the business
*Support the wider regional operational team with financial analysis with regards to ongoing jobs/ completions
*Specific projects and other analysis as and when required
*Assisting onsite auditors as and when required
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
*A qualified accountant (eg. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or working well towards
*Previous experience in a commercial or business partnering experience
*Excellent communication skills and proven ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
*High attention to detail, ensuring integrity in financial reporting and written reports
*A strong IT user able to deal effectively with a high volume of data
*An ambitious team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead others

This role would suit an already qualified or nearly qualified accountant who has strong partnering experience and is keen to further develop their commercial accounting experience.
