Trial Balance Consulting have once again been assigned by our long-term customer, a well known and long established Cornish Business based near to Indian Queens. This time, we're looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their small and very friendly finance team. With a turnover circa £30M this role works within a very busy department where team members take on a diverse and ever-changing set of tasks.

The role reports directly to the Financial Controller but will regularly liaise with managers of other departments. There are a lot of transactions running through the finance department and they've got a well oiled machine. We're looking for an Assistant Accountant with strong sales ledger experience and with good communication skills. Strong Excel and general systems skills are essential as is great accuracy in processing financial information.

We're primarily interested in sourcing a candidate with relevant and recently gained experience in a similar role, but if applicants are part/fully qualified AAT then all the better! In return this employer offers a "family feel" department and their past growth and future plans mean that good progression opportunity exists for the right candidate. Above statutory levels of holiday allowance and an excellent pension plan are the icing on the cake.
