We are looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to work within a fast paced FMCG business on a 9 month contract to cover maternity leave. The role will include all elements of purchase ledger and you will have full support from within the close knit finance team you will be a part of. The main duties of the role will include:

  • Processing approximately 600 invoices per month
  • Matching, checking and coding of invoices
  • Making payments via bacs
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Filing of invoices
  • Helping with customer and supplier enquires.

You will be an excellent communicator and be confident to deal both internally and externally with queries. This is an excellent role for an experienced purchase ledger clerk or accounts clerk who can commit to a 9-month contract
