A leading Law Firm based in Liverpool are on the look-out for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their Purchase Ledger team. The role is newly created off the back of a recent restructure.
The Role
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for helping to maintain the Purchase ledger, ensuring the accurate posting and allocation of transactions in a timely manner.
Duties will include:
High volume invoice processing
Raising purchase orders
Supplier statement reconciliation
Liaising with suppliers
Query resolution
Ad-hoc additional finance tasksExperience required:
12 months' experience within an Accounts Payable Function
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise and communicate effectively at all levels across the business, and externally
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent organisational and time management skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experience Accounts Payable Assistant to join a leading business. The company offer a great package and also have free parking on site
