Our client is looking for two Finance Officers to join their newly re-structured dynamic and passionate finance team. The Post holder(s) will play a key role in the financial organisation and future growth of the charity. The role is extremely varied, and the post-holders can expect to be exposed to a number of areas where they will be able to strengthen their skills and experience. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Payroll Administration
• Cashbook and Bank Reconciliations
• Accruals & Prepayments
• Under the direction of the Finance & Business Manager assisting with the YE Audit.
• Working closing with non-financial managers What you'll need to be successful:
• At least 5 years 'working in a finance department with experience in all functions, AP, AR, Payroll, Credit Control, General Ledger.
• Evidence of a good standard of literacy.
• Knowledge and experience of a variety of financial and payroll systems, processes and procedures. Sage Preferred but not essential.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
