A rapidly growing, dynamic and people-centric business encompassing multiple brands is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join its central operations.

Your background can be diverse and you do not need to have had experience in the auditing field before. Much more important is that the Internal Audit Manager is able to engage with and influence senior leaders within the business on a partnership basis.

A driver of change, you must be able to embrace collaborative working and a culture of collectively achieving an end result rather than simply implementing a routine.

Naturally, the Internal Audit Manager must be self-motivated, well-organised and possess exceptional levels of follow up.

They must be able to show evidence of influencing across a number of levels, be articulate, able to present data in an accessible way and understand their overall purpose is to achieve improved working practices through buy-in rather than consequence.

Experience in the financial industry or a financial qualification is sought after but is not a necessity.

As an Internal Audit Manager you will spend 2-3 days a week out on the road and will have national coverage. On the days you are not in the field you will be based in Head Office in Warrington. It is important to this business that this arrangement works in harmony with your lifestyle.
