Robert Half are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding company in South Oxfordshire to recruit a newly created Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that thrives and is passionate in working within an accountancy practice and deliver results for numerous clients. This role is well suited for a newly qualified or post qualified individual that is seeking a fresh challenge. This is a full-time permanent role with a salary between £45,000 - £55,000.

The Role

• Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts with detailed analysis
• Preparing tax returns; VAT, corporation tax and P11D's
• Preparing financial statements and consolidation (IFRS)
• Liaising with allocated clients regarding queries
• Maintaining a portfolio of clients and providing key deliverable on timely basis
• Working closely with auditors

Profile

• Must have experience working within an accountancy practice/firm
• Must ideally be ACCA or ACA qualified
• Proven management/financial accounting experience
• Ability to work towards set deadlines
• High organised
• Strong communication skills
• Competent user of Excel (pivot tables, lookups)

Salary & Benefits

Our client is offering a salary between £45,000 - £55,000, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), on-site parking and other benefits.
