Job Summary
We are looking for a tax and accounting expert to manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of our company's state and federal tax forms.
Roles & responsibilities

• Processing of tax calculation of individual (SA 100) where analytical calculation are necessary. Ensure 100% accuracy in terms of quality and timeliness

• Bring forward innovative ideas and assist in implementation for continues improvement with in the team which leads overall progress of the process

• Preparation and Review of the UK Individual Tax Return.

• Review Simple-Complicated tax returns for individuals

• Monitoring the day-to-day activities and manage the team and updating the client regarding status of work progressed during the absence of Team lead

• Responsible for maintaining and continuing the consistency in quality of return

• Review documents and financial records to determine forms needed to complete tax returns

• Calculated preparation fees according to complexity of return

• Tax summary report and analysis

• Analyze the return before sending to offshore

• Training and mentoring the new members of the team
