Responsibilities:

• Book Keeping
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Invoicing / Bills entry
• Invoice / Bill payment
• Credit card entry
• PayPal entry
• Payroll entry / Payroll co-ordination
• Bank and Credit card reconciliation
• 1099 creation
• Assist in tax return
• Miscellaneous reporting (Accounts Receivable aging, Accounts Payable aging, Collections, Cash flow report etc.)
• Sync the online banking to automate transactions
• Co-operate with the internal auditor to ensure compliance
• Payment follow up and recovery
• Should have excellent knowledge in Tally, QuickBooks & Excel (with Pivot table)

Required Candidate profile
We are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management.
You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.
