Responsibilities
  • Support Purchase to Pay cycle, including invoice scanning, archiving, and local Accounts Payable operational matters not covered by GBSC Manila
  • Assist to check and approve invoices in Invoicetrack
  • Assist to check and approve new vendor creation in MDGX
  • Assist in tax related matters and payment
  • Assist in capex management and asset tagging
  • Assist in data extraction for reporting and tax purposes
  • Assist to administer the company credit card program in terms of new applications, temporary credit increase and terminations
  • Perform filing and archiving to external warehouse
  • Other tasks that are assign from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably from Finance and Accounting
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years’ experience in performing Finance or administrative functions is preferred
  • Computer literate â€" experience in SAP and using accounting system is an added advantage
  • Organized and good communication and interpersonal skills
