Our client are an Advertising company in the City of London who work with a variety of clients who are household names. They are looking for a young, driven individual who is actively studying ACCA.

The company are currently working from home but are normally based in a modern converted office in the City of London.

Description

The key responsibilities in this role, Assistant Accountant with Xero (immediate start), will include:

- Accruals and prepayments

- Month end procedures

- Reconciling bank accounts

- Supplier statement reconciliations

- Journal entries

- Reporting

- VAT returns

- Variance analysis

- Assisting with the maintaining of the Nominal Ledger

- Accountancy based and Financial Services backed

Profile

The successful candidate for this role, Assistant Accountant with Xero (immediate start), will:

1) be immediately available or on a maximum of one week's notice

2) be a progressive Assistant Accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years experience.

3) have strong Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Sumifs)
