A candidate must have General Accounting Concepts and have experience of Store and Head-office Accounting in a computerized environment.

The Job responsibilities will include;

• Book Keeping
• Data Entry
• Preparation of payment and receipt vouchers
• Verification of control documents like Purchase Orders, GRN, Stock requisitions etc
• Must have knowledge of Internal Controls for Procurement and Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Coordination with vendors and customers for reconciliation purposes
• Must have knowledge of Accounting Softwares (ERP)
• Coordination with other internal departments
• Preparation of GRN / MRN on receipt of raw material in store
• Keeping the record of issuance and consumption of raw material
• Physical stock taking periodically
• Handling of Petty Cash / Imprest and preparation of Cash Payment & Receipt vouchers timely
• Participate in monthly disbursement of salaries and wages to the site staff & labour
• Good communication skills
