As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for;
- Leading the finance function managing a team of 2
- Managing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring all supplier invoices are processed using the three way match process
- Managing the Credit Control function for Hitec, ensuring debt is chased on a regular basis, cash is posted to customer accounts, statements are issued and disputes are resolved
- Maintaining the fixed assets registers for the rental fleets, processing additions, disposals, monthly depreciation and submitting reconcilliations to Group
- Producing the annual budget for the business along with monthly and quarterly profit and loss alongside balance sheet forecasts
- Assisting group finance in the preparation of HMRC submissions including VAT, tax and other government submissions such as national statistics
- Managing the PWC audit for the company liaising with auditors conducting stock counts etc
As a Finance Manager you will demonstrate;
- ACCA/ CIMA qualificatiom
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Execellent communication skills and attention to detail
- An analytical, commercial, methodical and flexible approach to work
- Substantial experience in a finance environment
As a Finance Manager you will command;
- A base salary of £40,000pa - £43,000pa
- Company Pension scheme
