We are delighted to be working with one of Lancashire's highest growth businesses who are now looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. This is a newly created role due to internal promotion - and this company should really appeal to someone who is looking to fast-track their career.

Working in a "best in class" finance team, this is a fast paced environment which will provide new challenges each day. Core elements would include:

• Reviewing the monthly management accounts, managing 2 staff
• Control of budgeting and bi-monthly re-forecasting
• Working closely with the senior management team to deliver meaningful MI to support the continued business success
• Weekly flash reporting including sales analysis
• Management and development of 2 individuals

This is a high profile role and therefore to be considered you should hold a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and be proven in a "business facing" finance role. You should have strong communication skills able to influence at all levels, and as this business continues to invest in technology, candidates with strong systems skills would be considered favourably.
