We're looking for an exceptional Group Financial Reporting Accountant / Group Reporting Manager, for a fixed six month period, working remotely with occasional travel into London when required.

You'll need several years of experience preparing consolidated trial balances, Group Financial Statements and working closely with auditors to finalise and file global statutory accounts.

The Head Office Finance team needs additional resource in order to assist the appointed Accountants in completing the Statutory Reporting for a number of subsidiaries and Holding companies for Reporting periods FY18, FY19 and FY20.

The Group Reporting Manager will report to the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for:

* Dealing with enquiries and information requests from the Group's auditors in relation to closing out the FY19 Financial Statements for UK entities and the FY18 Financial Statements for the Group's Singapore entities.

* Provide Trial balances, consolidation and supporting information for the Accountants, in order that they can prepare and audit the FY19 Financial Statements for the Singapore entities.

* Assist the Group Financial Controller in providing Trial balances and supporting information for the UK and Singapore entities for FY20 and liaising with the Accountants in order that they can complete and file the Financial Statements.

* Dealing with the Accountants and KPMG in closing out historical tax returns for UK and Singapore entities with support from the Group Financial Controller.

What you'll need:

* A proven track record in Group Financial Reporting

* Ideally, ACCA qualified.

* Experience preparing Group Consolidated Financial Statements including overseas entities (essential).

* Strong excel skills (essential).

* Experience working in Sports/ Leisure/ Entertainment/ Media Industry preferred.

* Experience using Accounting software NetSuite is desirable.

This role is initially a six-month contract
