Our client is an established business based in south London who have seen a rapid increase in workload and are now looking to add a Payroll Specialist into their already established team. This position will report directly to the payroll manager and will assist in the day to day running of the department whilst also undertaking project work when necessary.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage & Process end to end payrolls - accurately and timely
Managing client expectations
Coach, mentor and train other team members
Assist and support the team in responding to queries from clients, HMRC etc
Deal with all associated payroll processing tasks required for processing to completion of the payroll process
Streamlining any current processes within the team/ Updating and maintaining payroll records/filesPERSON SPECIFICATION
