A SME Brokerage in the City of London is looking to hire a CFO after a planned restructure.

Role

The role is for a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a SME Broker based in the City of London, by Bank. The new individual will have full control of finance, lead the team of 6 and the board wants processes and procedures redefined. There is a huge opportunity to business partner with the C suite/board on driving the firm forward and get involved in potential acquisitions. Financial reporting, FP&A and regulatory oversight is highly desirable for this new role. You will have full ownership of all finance, revenues, assist in strategy for the CEO and regulatory oversight.

The successful applicant for this CFO role for a SME Broker in the City of London is highly likely to be 15 years+ PQE, from a SME Financial Services firm. They want a sharp and commercial accountant who can lead a team but also business partner with the CEO on a daily basis on strategic initiatives.

The firm is a Broker is the City of London. The new CFO will work in the City office, remote working will be possible as they all slowly get back in to the City post COV-ID.

Salary & Benefits

The CFO for this SME Brokerage in the City of London will be offered between £150,000 - 200,000 dependant on experience. There are good benefits and bonus dependant on performance.
